Anywho... Baby sissy will be joining us very soon, possibly sooner than we think according to my doctors appointment I had today. My official due date is February 3, but my Dr told me today that she may even be here as soon as this weekend! I'm excited, terrified, stressed, exhausted and all other emotions that most pregnant women go through at this point. Wyatt couldn't be more excited for the arrival of baby sissy! Every day he tells me he wants to hold her, when I tell him he has to wait until she comes out of my tummy he says, "Cut her out Mommy!" I wish it were that easy. About a week ago my mom came to my house to help me with a few projects to get a little more prepared for the baby. We made a bunch of burp cloths and receiving blankets. I also finally got the baby's room almost finished. Is it even possible to ever get a room completely decorated? I really appreciated my mom's help and her sewing skills, it really helped me feel more prepared.

I somehow convinced Nick that I HAD to have a board and batten treatment on the baby's wall. As usual it was a bigger, more time consuming project than we originally thought, but it turned out so well. I couldn't be happier with it!

38 Weeks
I haven't taken many pics this pregnancy. There's just something about getting bigger that makes me shy away from the camera! I figured I needed to post at least one.
In other news... Wyatt stared preschool last week. He's a little young but I thought it would be a good experience for him, especially for the social aspect! He goes Tuesdays and Thursdays for 2 1/2 hours. I'm looking forward to having a little down time on those days after the baby comes, and it will be good for him to have something to look forward to.

Hopefully there will be another post in the very near future introducing our new bundle of joy!
