Florida

Yes, I'm finally in Florida.  I've been here for a full week now and so far so good.  Fort Myers is nice, not too big.  Just really hot and humid.  I don't have any pics yet, but I will be getting some to post soon.  Wyatt is finally growing.  For those of you who don't know...I was sorta starving my son.  It's not as bad as it sounds, he was having a really hard time nursing.  I could not figure out what his problem was, but I thought he was fine.  He was just really fussy all the time.  I took him to the doctor before I left Idaho and found out that he had only gained 4 oz in three weeks!!!  I know bad.  So now I have the priviliage of pumping 7-8 times a day so I can make sure he is getting the amount of milk he needs.  He is a different baby now.  He is happy all the time, sleeps better, and is just the cutest little boy ever!  Everyone here loves him.  I make dinner for guys and girls in the office almost every night and whenever they are over here everyone fights over Wyatt.  It's funny to watch the boys carefully pass him around like he is so fragile.
There are 5 girls in our office this summer.  Obviously there is more drama than in the past summers, but for the most part they are cool girls.  One of the girls, Jill, has become my personal trainer.  She kicks my butt!  I've only gone with her a couple of days so far, but I can't move.  On Thursday we worked out our legs.  I  knew I was out of shape, but after working out with her I was  in more pain than I have ever been in post workout.  It's a little difficult sitting down, standing up, walking, pretty much doing anything.  The worst is carrying Wyatt in his car seat up and down three flights of stairs to our apt.  Today we are doing arms, and I'm pretty sure I'm going to be out of commission for a few days.  Let's just hope all this pain pays off!  I'll let you know.

Ha Ha Ha. I want a personal trainer! Thats so great your working out. I just can't seem to get the motivation! After having a baby your body changes so much too- I need to work out! So are you spending the summer in Florida then? Isn't that humidity awful. We take dry old Idaho for granted huh. Its humid here in Iowa too. Glad to here Wyatt is doing so good. I only nursed Maggie for a month- I just couldn't do it. It's alot harder and more envolved than anyone ever lets on thats for sure!

Wyatt is a cutie. So has he grown lots since you started pumping? Taylor is on the petite side, but she eats SOOO much. She is 14 months and only 20 lbs. But I guess I don't mind the whole petite thing, it makes it easy to still carry her on my hip.:) Matt, Taylor and I are in San Diego. Matt starts studying for the DAT in a week and takes it in September. So we will be here for at least a year until we get in to dental school. Hopefully we stay in Cali. We may sell this next summer depending on his DAT score.
